TIPS IF YOU CARRY YOUR POSTER IN A MARCH:

• Check your local march’s regulations regarding sign materials. Some cities don’t allow wooden or metal handles or sticks for signs. If this is the case, you can use a tube from a roll of wrapping paper, a ‘pool noodle,’ or any accepted item — and reinforce it with duct tape. Or just hold your poster with your hands!

• If it’s windy out, you may want to reinforce your poster by attaching it to a piece of cardboard

• If it’s raining, cover your poster in a clear plastic bag(s) to protect it

• If you buy 2 posters, you can put them back to back so they can be seen all around
